This diversity allows us to cross pollinate ideas, resource and best practices in our work.

We make it our business to understand each client’s needs, environment and resources to ensure that our training, consulting and coaching is relevant and useful. The highest complement we can receive is when clients tell us that they consider us team members rather than consultants.

Since 2014, we have worked with the University of Arizona College of Medicine–Phoenix in developing the Professional Resource Office, providing coaching and guidance to students and faculty on professionalism issues, and serving as primary faculty for the Faculty Leadership Development Program.
